Do my employees need to create an account?

No. The employee scans the QR with any phone and gets direct access. No registration, no app, no password.

What happens if I hit the free plan limit?

Existing items keep working. You just can't add more until you upgrade to Pro.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, anytime from the dashboard. You keep Pro access until the end of the paid period.

Is my data safe?

Data is stored in Cloudflare D1, globally distributed. We don't share or sell your data.

Does it work offline?

Internet is required to log status changes. QR codes are physical labels — no battery or signal needed.
